Small, Emerging Businesses – Meet with colleagues and clients in a professional, cost-effective meeting environment on terms that fit your budget and schedule.
Mid- to Large Corporations and Government Agencies – You have meeting space. What you don’t have is the time to deal with interruptions all day long from your office staff, phone calls, emails, etc., or the privacy to deal with sensitive matters. We offer a cost-effective, value-added solution… holding off-site meetings will help you focus your team, grow your business and reach your goals.
Social Groups, Professional Associations and Service Organizations – You need meeting space on a monthly basis, and we have it… and never again settle for unprofessional settings in public meeting areas or restaurants, even worse, pricey hotel meeting rooms! Our space can be as casual or professional as your group is. Simply reserve meeting rooms as you need them, or book them months in advance.

Off-Site Meeting Space
Gulfport Meeting Center – Conveniently located in the Tangerine Greenway, our facilities are designed with the local businesses, associations and organizations in mind. We offer two meeting rooms offering large, combination whiteboard/projection screen, free wireless internet, kitchenette with sink, one-cup coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, two ADA-compliant restrooms and windows that allow natural light.
You’ll be welcomed by friendly, on-site staff that will greet your clients and colleagues and direct them to the appropriate meeting space and facility amenities.
Catering from local restaurants is available upon request and at an additional charge.
Rooms can be rented for half a day (up to 4 hours), a full day (4 to 8 hours) or by the week (Monday-Friday), as well as “after hours” and weekends. Please note: we do not offer meeting space on an hourly basis
Small Board Room – seats up to 8 people in a Board Room style layout. Rental prices start out at $45/half day or $60/full day.
Large Conference Room – seats up to 24 people in a variety of room layouts (U-shape, classroom, seminar, etc.) Rental prices start out at $90/half day or $120/full day.
If you need a larger meeting space, the experts at the Gulfport Meeting Center can locate the right space for your needs (up to 300 people) at our partner locations for larger conferences or seminars.

On-Site Meeting Facilitation
If you have already have access to meeting space, and are considering using a professional meeting facilitator, give the folks at the Gulfport Meeting Center a call to schedule a consultation of your meeting needs. Using a professional meeting facilitator encourages everyone, including stakeholders to participate in the meeting, follows a timely agenda and a structured path, clarifies roles and establishes accountability, maintains neutrality from internal agendas, generates agreed upon “buy-in” required for project success and strengthens teams by building confidence, trust and team spirit.
bottom line: when meetings are facilitated, progress happens. Facilitation in other decision-making situations can work too, so it can be used as a valuable tool to generate successful outputs, when people get together to work effectively and efficiently towards a common goal.
